Layla and Brett. They have been sweethearts since they were just kids.
Now they are married and Brett isn’t sure he wants to be. But Layla is
so much a part of his family it is really her family too. So if they
split who gets the Foster family? I really enjoyed this book and even
during moments laced with heartbreaking sadness Caprice manged to also
make me laugh. And the unexpected sub-plot was so well written it didn’t
feel apart from the story of Layla and Brett. Also, the Warcraft nerd
in me loved the little mention it got.
Caprice Crane is the author of Stupid and Contagious which is also a good read.
